Blueberries & blackberries

Chandler Blueberry Bush

We planted the blueberry bushes yesterday. We ordered three and they are now in front of our house. We used blueberry food and mixed it in the soil as directed. We also covered the area with pine mulch to aid in the acidity. 

Arapaho Blackberry Bush

We planted three blackberry bushes that we had ordered as well. They are on the side of the house. We covered these in cedar chips and are waiting for the blackberry food to arrive. 

We planted some sweet red onions. It has gotten cold, but the onions haven't died. So I am hoping they grow to maturity this summer.
